HISTORY
-Eswataniland lies on the Eastern coast of Southern Africa, with it's Southern, and Western borders buffered from South Africa by near perfectly impenetrable jungle, and with Wakanda (of all places) a stones-throw away from it, to the North. Ever since the countries release from the Great Britain, Eswataniland has turned to a modernized, educated, form of government, with strong attachments, still, to it's original tribal roots. A nation wherein the people have some control by an effective resident diplomacy, a national parliament for the running of the country itself, but over-arching major state controls belonged to a hereditary monarchy. One should think of the King of Eswataniland as to being like the US President, but with heavier veto powers. Despite (or perhaps because of) this, Eswataniland is considered a healthy economy, with a health, education and technology level all comparable to 1990-2014's level Unite States. 16% of Eswataniland's GNP includes raw sugar exportation, and 10% is tourism. Eswataniland fought a long and bloody war war against the expansionist military might of apartheid backed South Africa. Using it's fearless national army, it's fearsome border forests, and the relentlessly brutal use of guerrilla and attrition tactics, Eswataniland kept South Africa's silent secret attempts at encroachment at bay from 1959-1994.
-When Jabari was born, only his mother smiled. And then she expired from the strain of the birthing process. She did not have a drop of nobility and thus considered a half waste of royal seed, a bastard to the royal line of Ashon the Fourth, King of Eswataniland, a moderately well off Coastal kingdom North of South Africa. The royal family would have nothing to do with him, and he grew up a bright, but watchful and wary child, ignored by the staff when they weren't abusing him, slapping him around for some imagined slight or convenient annoyance. He was unprotected by the blood, and thus could be slapped around at will. Jabari endured 11 years of this, and then things got worse.
-Jabari was captured and dragged off to war at the age of 11, entrapped by house-staff... who may have been funded by some other lesser but legitimate member of the royal family. Eswataniland still suffered from invasive military action on two fronts, with Islamic Jihadists, trying to spread their religious views at sword point, to the North, and Guerrilla Boer fighters, rejects from the unrealized and long dead battles of Apartheid, to the South. Desperate for troops to protect its borders, at this time, the nobility, administration, and legal enforcement ignored the trafficking of homeless, abandoned, orphaned children of gun-toting age, and adult troops on either fronts accepted trained and lead the children without a blink. The child-soldiers where considered a desirable asset, but where not coddled. They where trained like adults, armed with as much of a standard kit as they could carry, and lead out into the jungles of either border... most likely to die. Jabari learned harsh lessons. In the jungle he learned how to survive, how to thrive, how to kill... and how to keep his own alive. Oddly enough, he smiled more, laughed more. Here in the belly of war, the young Jubari was curiously at peace with himself, almost happy for once. Eventually, his superior offices noticed his skill, and graduated him to levels of command.
-Jabari made a small name for himself, a young commander willing to lead troops slated for the worst and bloodiest combat. He used the minimum amount of troops necessary, secured the objectives, often with bonus issues, and did so with minimal loss of troops. He did this with open empathy, earning the troop support with mutual respect rather then fear and abuse. While he was not successful 100% of the time, his 'men' had the highest moral rating of their age-rank. A few adult company's requested his services as a lecture... but feeling a need to keep his soldier's suitably trained, he avoided any long engagements.
-Jabari's mutant powers manifested in the heat of battle, at the young age 13. But this was not such a great issue, both out in the killing Jungles of the border-lands, or the kingdom of Eswataniland at proper. Still, there was a serious slow down in his career, as he had to learn enough of his new assortment of abilities to be a successful fighter, leader, and warrior. He returned to combat, and (after some adjustment) continued to fight. He still lead, but now was able to do so from the front. This encouraged his soldiers, and increased their success rate... Which brought more eyes from command to them... which then lead them to realize who he was, and who his -father- was.
-After three years of war, power, and victory, Jabari returned to the houses of the royal family, now grown into a strong, confident, warrior-prince, who knew his place in the world and would take little rubbish from any but those who seriously outranked him, or who had served and earned scars. His father saw him for the first time, liked what he saw, and quietly supported him. Jabari came to love the man. But he was confused by the man's policies. After all, how could a ruler be good, if they used child-soldiers habitually? In the end, he resolved to become the king himself, the right way, at the earliest opportunity. His father, the king, noted this, and assisted. Thus, at age 14, Jubari was groomed of his rough warrior's habits, and was trained (belatedly) in the ways of politics and leadership, as well as the art of diplomacy, science and academics. He showed a strange aptitude for engineering and the repair of even the most complex machinery.
-After three years of training, practice, and study, trouble of a sort came to Jabari. Unbeknownst to him, word arose in the shadows of the court, that someone was sending out... tendrils of interest, lines of inquiry into how how Jabari might be assassinated. While this was a difficult prospect, his father, the King, took no chances. 17 year old Jabari was sent abroad for his protection, under the administrative disguise as a diplomat. Jabari ended up in America, working at a discrete distance from the Kingdom of Eswataniland's as the kingdoms tertiary 'official' UN delegate. Jabari was to read and sign off on any decisions of a lesser weight, deemed unvital by his superiors, allowing the recognized diplomat to announce the decision either later that day, or the next. In truth, Jabari rarely failed to read these, and if it was even remotely important, he would pull rank on the issue or call in his father for a consultation, via Sat-phone, as swiftly as possible. And in such, Jabari silently served his country and King quite well.
-Jabari had a secondary assignment in America. He was to find training with a suitable super-powered team, and finally master his super powers... while also (or so his father, the King, hoped) balancing out his reasonably spastic moral spectrum.

● PSYCHOKINETIC-FIELD: Jabari has a molecule-chain-thin field about his body, made of instinctively generated telekinetic force. This force either creates or actually is the entirety of his powers, as is described below. Jabari to do things as if he had a strength equal to his Incredible power rank. He can increase his rank to Monstrous for short periods at a great cost. For every shift above Incredible he raises it, he must loose 10 health point every turn. He must also roll an Endurance FEAT or be stunned. He can also do multiple power stunts in a turn but will loose 10 health point per power stunt over the first every turn.
- Blind-sight: Jabari can psychokinetically sense things in a 300' radius around him, as well as if he was looking at it, in a well lit room. This power has no side-effect cost.
- Psychokinetic Blast: Incredible Force.
- Pyrokinetic Blast: Incredible Fire/Heat, but smaller range.
- Force Field: For himself and others with Incredible protection.
- Telekinetic Flight: Jabari can fly at power-rank speed, and may carry up to 6 passengers with him, with ease. This power ALSO has no side-effect cost.
