Being poor he tends to dress in hand me down clothes, usually featuring bands he likes, along side jeans that are fashionably ripped. He usually has a kind, but slightly confused expression on his face.

Weaknesses- PSychic Vulnerability: Due to his memory loss and having his brain poked around in, Nine is very susceptible to psychic attacks,which get a +1cs chance to effect him.
Slightly Radioactive. Not enough to pose any health risks to anyone, but he lights up any scanning equipment like a Christmas Tree, giving people searching for him a +2cs chance to find him.
Food Consumption: Nine requires approximately 15000 calories a day to survive, but more ideally 20000. Every day he doesn't meet his food quota, his strength and endurance drop by one.

Powers:
Invulnerability(Excellent) Pretty much what the power says, stuff bounces off him.  Any damage that isn't explicitly impossible to guard against is reduced by 20.
Regeneration(Inc) The Stuff that doesn't bounce off him heals really quick, +4 HP per round.
Hyper Leaping (Inc) Like All Gamma Powered People except the ones with giant brains, and wings, he can jump really high.
Adrenaline surge (Inc) Nine's fighting and strength go up +1CS per rank to a Maximum of shift X per round when this power is in effect Limitation:  Nine must be protecting something he cares about for it to kick in.  Powerstunts:  Invulnerability and Regeneration are affected as well, though Invuln caps at Incredible (40 DR) and Regeneration caps at Unearthly (10 HP per round)

Personality - Peace loving, gentle slacker with a love of music, and(for reasons unknown even to him) an encyclopedic knowlege of anime. He does his best trying to make ends meet, jam a bit on his guitar, and bring love and understanding to the world. If that fails, hitting things with the side of a building also works. His kind heart usually gets him into trouble, as he honestly just wants the world to love each other, and get along. He has a difficult time processing negative emotions directed at him, which also tends to lead to akwardness, and occassionally a punch thrown...which he usually doesn't notice.

History - Not much is known about Nine before Vigilance rescued him from AIM. What is clear is that he was a test subject for AIM's Gamma Radiation program, and given his size, strength, and bullet ignoringness, quite a successful one. He has no memories prior to waking up from the cryocase. His fingerprints and DNA match no missing person whatsoever. This doesn't seem to upset him though.
