Quirks & Flaws
Quirks
Strong Bones =(2)= :Skeleton has Excellent strength, blunt attacks of equal to or less than Ex are reduced by 2cs.
Benefactor =(1)= :Goes with the blessing of Queen Hippolyta and to a limited extent the gods, this usually takes the form of not generally needing upkeep despite having left Themyscara.
Fighting Logistics =(1)= this character has a naturally tactical mind. In combat, after the character fights another for 1d10 rounds (not turns), he can acquire a +1 CS to all Fighting FEATs concerning said opponent. This plus will last until this foe undergoes radical changes...
Adrenal Surge =(1)=: this quirk allows the character to have minor control over his adrenal gland, able to bolster the production of adrenaline if necessary. In game terms, this allows said character to bolster his Strength by +1 CS for 1d10 turns a day.
Flaws
Personal Code =(2)= :Euryleia cannot bend the knee or submit to any male without making a Psyche roll at -2.
Alien Customs =(1)= Themysciran
Stubborness =(1)= Has to roll psyche -1 to admit she's wrong
Cashflow Issues =(1)= This quirk indicates that the character has a hard time aquiring or retaining funds for some reason and thus starts off at a -1cs to their Resource rating.

Powers:
Power Name - Rank - Points.
Blessing of the Gods: Doesn't Age, and doesn't need to Eat or Drink. A Divine power, and thus -very- difficult to strip from her. Attempting to do so forcibly is rolled against Monstrous, and may incur the wrath of the pantheon even on a success.
Prayer: Can be used to summon her blessed equipment or summon it back to her. If she has plenty of time to prepare for a fight, it is more or less assumed that she calls it all up with a bit of ceremony and focus. In the heat of battle, or if surprised however, she must summon one piece at a time by rolling Remarkable. On a Yellow she can act in the same round as she summons, on a Green she spends the whole round calling to it.
Contesting Prayer requires strong magic or active ownership of the weapon. Simply holding onto an artifact as it tries to return is done at half Strength, rounded down. Magical blockage is rolled normally. Retrieving a stolen artifact does not cost a turn as long as she succeeds the check.
Those particular tuned into the Greek pantheon, or strong, female enemies may have an easier time holding onto the weapons.
Weaknesses:If Euryleia willingly submits to a male opponent, or Willingly joins forces with an evil masculine foe her powers are forfeit and she suffers from -2cs to her physical stats until she performs a penance to regain the favor of her goddesses. Exceptions may be made if these are done for deceptive, or ultimately righteous purposes. (Being the first one to say Uncle in a spar probably doesn't trigger this unless she concedes without taking at least 70 points of damage.)
Equipment - Note: Euryleia's power set is largely composed of artifacts empowered by the Greek pantheon. She may obtain others down the road, either from the list below or otherwise if a GM is feeling particularly giving. It should be noted that Euryleia's armaments carry a unique catch, in that only one 'god' can be represented at a time. More than one artifact containing power from the same source will cancel each-other out unless the artifact explicitly says otherwise. She doesn't need to be actively using the artifacts at the same time for this to occur. Merely having both on her person is enough.
Shield of Athena: A brilliant shield containing traits of Athena's lesser known aspects of strength and courage, grants protection to those who would stand in danger's path. Passively grants Good protection, affected by the color of the Defense check. If the user is Covering for an ally, grants a +1CS to the check, and halves damage over 20 instead of providing Soak.
Sword of Eos: A blade of the dawn, it gives hope to the disheartened. +1 CS to Strength when struck with. Once per day, negates a failed Psyche check, treating it as a Yellow. A Critical Hit gives an extra charge of this ability, which persists until used.
Cloak of Hestia: A drunken collaboration between Hestia, Dionysus and Aphrodite, when used as a blanket it will protect the user from attack... but leads to very interesting dreams and side effects. Can be used as a tent. Don't share with friends.
This bizarre artifact grants Amazing defense to anyone who is asleep inside it. Only causing damage through this soak or .. Taking more specific measures can wake the person and void the defense. Every hour, the sleeper must make an Endurance and Psyche check against the vivid dreams of drunken hedonism this dubious blessing provokes. A successful Endurance check makes the sleep restful enough to actually benefit the sleeper, while a successful Psyche check allows the sleeper to awaken.
The Sleeper is vaguely aware of what goes on around them, as it is incorporated more vividly than usual into the dreams.
Every eight hours of 'proper' sleep grants the sleeper a single reroll that lasts one day.

Personality - Strong, Courageous and Unyielding. She has the ancient disdain for the 'world of men' shared by her people.
History - Like the other amazons, Euryleia was created by the greek godesses from the soul of a woman unjustly murdered by a man, and under the rule of Queen Hippolyta set to the task of championing peace in ancient Greece.
The strength of the Amazons was source of jealousy among more patriarchal groups. Through treachery, while feigning talks of peace, the Amazons were butchered or worse. In desperation Hippolyta prayed for help, which the goddesses granted, on the condition that they forgive those that attacked them. Despite making this promise and recieving aid, many of the Amazons reneged on the deal and retaliated. Earning the ire of their goddesses. The remaining Amazons split into two groups, one of which did not repent for the retaliation, which left to live in Egypt, the other under Hippolyta of which sought to redeem themselves to the goddesses.
The ones who sought redemption were spirited away to Paradise Island where under Hippolyta they formed the nation of Themyscara, forever guarding a portal to the underworld as a penance for their crimes.
For thousands of years Euryleia lived what was a fairly idyllic life for an Amazon, filled with training, fighting, singing, feasts, and all manner of things. As fond of the harp as the blade, she provided her sisters with music during times of peace just as she provided a bulwark against evil during times of war.
Despite the ancient and unchanging nature of their island, eventually due to the weakening of the barrier, outsiders started appearing finding the island through various means. While most Amazons have been forbidden to leave the island, a precious few have been granted continued protection and the queen's blessing to go out and learn more about the outside world. Euryleia despite originally being set against such a transgression to their ancient laws, relented when the queen herself asked that Euryleia be one of those sent out, so that she could first hand see whether or not the endeavor was worthwhile. Not one to dissapoint Hippolyta, she set out to discover a new world.. or at least a New York.
