Talents:
Theologian: Leo is well-versed in all of the various religions, both normal and Marvel, that he might come across. As a non-denominational SHIELD chaplain, he is licensed to hold services and perform rites for any of them, though he will draw the line at anything morally wrong or harmful. He can easily research any new cosmic entity who comes onto the scene.
Public Speaker: Leo is an excellent public speaker.
Counselor: Leo is capable and willing to listen and give advice to others. He is actually a licensed counselor, and performs that duty in his own church.

Powers:
Aeromancy: Leo can control the wind, though in different ways than some other, similarly-powered mutants. He can create gusts and minor tornadoes within ten feet of himself, and can expand the radius with enough concentration. He can hit an enemy at range with a gust of wind for 30 damage.
*Gust - Rolled on Agility, deals no damage but knocks the target ten feet in any direction (five on a Green, fail on a White). The target takes environmental damage from anything they hit, usually only Good (10) unless there's an exceptionally hazardous hazard.
*Cutting Wind - He can also summon cutting "blades" of air in short range, converting any melee attack from Strength damage to five counts of Good (10) on a Yellow, three counts of Good (10) on a Green, and one count of Good (10) on a White. Armor applies to each hit. On a Red, armor is ignored.
*Critical Wind - On any Red martial arts attack, Leo can automatically follow up with a free Gust or Cutting Wind rolled at the same rank as the attack that prompted it. This only works once per round.
*Guardian Wind - A potent defensive ability that completely negates any attack of Excellent power or less (Power, not damage. a Green Remarkable attack will still get through), but doesn't reduce damage from sources above this. This requires some measure of concentration, taking a full round of focus to 'start' and ended if Leo takes any damage or uses any other Aeromancy skill.
Levitation: Leo can use his control over the wind to fly short distances. This is just good enough to avoid fall damage or 'jump' no more than ten feet at a time. Leo can generate a flurry of Cutting Wind in a one yard radius around himself on landing, as long as he jumps from at least ten feet above the ground and glides the full ten feet out.

Personality - Leo Luther is a kind, but strong man. He offers warmth and compassion, but also the steel fist of justice. His faith is held deep within his heart, and he acts according to it - he is the best kind of man he can be, and helps as many others as possible. He's got a sarcastic streak, though it isn't overly mean, and he is not afraid to point out corruption when he sees it. But when compassion is needed, he is compassionate. When a stern scolding is needed, he is there, as well. Leo is generous to a fault, giving all that he has to help others - but his family comes first., and he will not neglect them for his profession. Threaten them at your own peril.
History - As a mutant, Leopold Luther has mostly flown under the radar, content to raise a family and pastor his own church. But once his unique powers came under the attention of SHIELD, they saw in hi a rare opportunity to have a super-powered chaplain. Leo essentially operates like an army or police chaplain, fully nondenominational, both willing and able to help anybody in need. He often keeps his own beliefs private while working, though anybody can approach and ask him on his own time. Back home, he has a wife and four children, and gives them as much time as he can while not on ministry labor.
