Powers:
1. Enhanced Strength - After his coming of rights ceremony, Ray was bestowed with the strength of the Earth, giving him superhuman strength.
2. Terrakinetic Construct - The power to create tools, objects, weapons, armor, and even appendages out of earth.
a) Earth Shield Construct - The user can create shields of varying shapes and sizes out of the earth. The shield's HP is lost first when hit, but it otherwise grants a bonus to blocking until broken. Creating the shield takes a full round action. At current, his control is enough to make a Buckler style shield with 30 HP and a +2CS to Defense, or a tower style shield with 50 HP and a +1CS to Defense. If a shield is broken, Ray's connection to earth is shaken by the feedback, and he can't use his powers (aside from Enhanced Strength) for 5 rounds. If the shield is dismissed as a full round action, this is avoided, but he still can't create another one for 5 rounds.
b) Restraints - The user can create restraints from the Earth to trap or restrain an opponent. Uses Agility to clap the restraints on, and from there works like a hands-free grapple that uses Ray's Psyche in place of Strength.
c) Geo-Weapons - Using the Earth, Ray can create and summon swords, whips, or hammers for temporary use. Swords grant a +1CS to both Fighting and damage, Hammers grant a simple +2CS to damage and Knockback on a yellow hit, and Whips grant a +2 to Fighting and Strength for the purposes of grapples, causing intense pain on a Yellow hit that forces the target to act at -1CS.
d) Geo-Platform - By manipulating the Earth around him, Ray can create platforms to help him fast travel or reach heights. This allows him to effectively run at Typical super speeds (75 miles per hour), or do small hops of up to 20 feet each.
e) Geo-Suplex - An attack at +2CS Strength and Fighting, which can only be used against a target who is currently Restrained. They get an immediate chance to break free of the restraints, and if they do so the attack is voided. If the attack successfully hits, the restraints are broken afterward.
3. Earthquakes - The ability to create and cause powerful earthquakes on a small scale. If performed in the right setting, seaquakes or landslides can be caused. EVERYONE in the area without a connection to Earth must roll Agility VS Ray's Psyche or be Knocked Down for one round. This is a full round action.
4. Unearth - The users can unearth everything that is underground by focusing. This power is consistently equal to Ray's Psyche in control and magnitude; His baseline Excellent will unearth within 20 feet of him on a Yellow, halved on a green and quartered by a White. On a Red, roll as if by damage and boost the range by that amount.

Personality - Ray is quite cocky and for good reason. He does have a sense of what's right and wrong, often making the morally right choice when pressed. He's prone to being quite dismissive of those he considers 'weak' or 'cowards', but equally as prone to chase a pretty face.
History - Ray comes from a long lineage of warriors and a family that is very proud of this fact. His father raised Ray instructing him of his ancestry and instilling him with history. From a young age, Ray was in love with the tales of his forefathers. When he was 16, his life changed forever. During a sacred right of passage performed by the male members of his family, Ray would learn a secret. Each generation chose one male to undergo a right of passage that summoned the spirits and powers of their ancestors to bestow the user with incredible powers. However, the full potential of the power cannot be reached until the user demonstrates the true way of a warrior.
Instead of following the path laid out for him, Ray began to change when he grew acclimated to his new abilities. Once a respectful and quiet child, he became brash, overconfident, and disrespectful. Initially this was written off as a normal reaction for a teenager in today's day and age, but it never stopped. By the time he was 18, Ray found himself shunned by a father who had considered him a failure and still lacking a way to elevate to true warrior status.
So the boy left home, traveling the world to prove his strength and power for all the wrong reasons...
