Candy Power - Lucia's powers are linked with candy. She has the power to manipulate candy in a number of ways and abilities.
1) Manipulation - through touch and concentration, Lucia can increase the size, texture, and shape of a piece of candy

2) Bubble Gum Balloon - By blowing a bubble of gum and increasing it's size, Lucia can use the bubble gum bubble to fly herself and travel, though the bubble gum balloon obviously isn't the most sturdy means of flight...

3) Candy Weapons - Lucia is able to manipulate three specific candies into weapons she can use for battle. She can grow a gummy worm to create a gummy worm whip(Remarkable strength for grappling, constricting. Roll fighting), a candy cane for a Candy Cane hook(Excellent Dmg, Roll Fighting) , or a chocolate bar for Chocolate Bar Sword (Remarkable Dmg, Roll Fighting). She can also grow a gummy bear as a large shield to assist with her weapon(Good Protection, +1CS to Defensive rolls). All grow to life size upon focus.
4) Starbust Grenade - By charging a starburst with her Candy powers, she can use them as 'grenades' that explode with flavored damage upon attack! (Roll Agility. If successful, opponent at -2CS for undetermined amount of turns Opponent rolls endurance. Yellow-1 turn, Green-2 turns, White- 3 turns)
5) Skittle Projectile - If all else fails, Lucia will grow a skittle (or similar candy) and use them as one would use a snowball (Roll Agility, Good Dmg)
Body Scent - Given her candy powers, Lucia can alter the scent and taste her body gives off and the strength of it's smell. Her natural flavor is that of bubble gum, but with enough focus she can give off Strawberry, Grape, or Chocolate variations.
Sugar Rush - Lucia has Incredible (40) Bonus HP that cannot be healed by normal means, only rest and copious candy eating. These are lost last. By consuming this bonus HP herself, Lucia can temporarily boost her Fighting and Agility by +1CS per 10 Bonus HP lost, for three rounds. If all 40 points are consumed at once, Strength and Candy Damage listed above are all enhanced by +1CS as well.

Personality - While she comes from a mob family, Lucia is fairly random, eccentric, and playful. She often marches to the beat of her own drum and brings everyone along for the fun.
History - Lucia was the love child of Christina Scarletti and Joseph Mariotti. From birth, Lucia donned an unique pink hair color that could not be fully explained until the maturation of mutant abilities years later. When she was very young, a fit of rage, passion, and mysterious curse caused her mother to die at the hands of her father. Christina's death was later avenged by Scarletti's uncle, Gino. From this point on, Gino took a close interest in Lucia's life, even raising her with as much love and effort as Lucia's cousin, Zoe. The two would become the best of friends. While Zoe was more reserved and embraced the pampered life style, Zoe embraced it in a different way...
