Powers:
Power Drain: Melee attack, either as a grapple or a strike. Drains 20hp and 1cs from power related abilities, stacking if done as a maintained grapple. Grapple broken normally. Can also be used to drain things like enchanted objects.
Void Sight: Allows detection of superhuman powers. Green gives a general sense, Yellow provides a lot more detail, and Red makes them stand out like a neon sign. This must be called for unless a Monstrous or higher power source is nearby, which will prompt a roll. In either case, this is rolled on Psyche, and can be contested with anti-detection powers.
*Lock On: On a Yellow 'detection', melee strikes against the detected target gain a +1CS for the next day.
Void Bombs: Creates up to three swirling balls of void that can be detonated at a distance. Stickybomblike in nature, but do no damage to nonliving objects. Same damage/drain effect as the Power Drain. Must be thrown/can't be created at a distance. This is a full round action, and the bombs can be thrown with Agility, but she can't form more until she's used up all the old ones.
**Concealment: She can make her void traits seem natural. Or make minor cosmetic changes. This allows her to roll Reasoning when planting a void bomb as a trap. This roll must be beaten with Intuition or it is assumed the next person to wander by steps on one of them.
**Void Buster: Gathers all three Void Bombs into her handgun and fires them. This takes another full round action, and is rolled as a single handgun attack, a success treated as three hits of a Void Bomb modified by the color. Using this exhausts Liguel, preventing her from using any of her powers for a full round and forcing her to roll at -1CS until she recovers.

Personality - Fairly serious, is not much one for the shenanigans of her older brother and younger sister.
History - Liguel has always looked up to her father, a strong, smart, cop, who while no super was definitely a cut above. Like her older brother and eventually her younger sister she trained under their... almost irredeemably odd uncle, Collin.
Specializing in entropy, the natural decline of energies, with her talent and ability she attracted the attention of a parasitic spirit that attacked and latched onto her spirit.
The void spirit consumes energy around it, and if not provided with enough food it will start to consume her instead, it took a lot of fighting to start to be able to control it. Loss of control could lead to anything from the creature gettign loose to it stealing control of her body.
After high school, she spent a couple years getting an associates degree in Criminal Justice before moving up to New York to attend an academy, and join up with the local police force. Her abilities aren't a secret to the force, but she does tend to keep them under wraps where the public is involved.

Handgun/Pistol - Deals Excellent damage, attacks are rolled on Excellent.
Stun Pistol - A police grade nonlethal weapon that sticks the target with a small diode, before running a painful but harmless electric shock. Target rolls Endurance against users Agility. On a Yellow success, a turn is lost. On a Green success, they act at -1CS for the round.
Baton - A police baton of sturdy material, with a practical but purposely unintimidating shape. Grants a +1CS to defensive Fighting checks and +1CS to melee damage.
