Weaknesses- Blackbird is susceptible to the traditional fairy weakness of Cold Iron. Cold Iron is Iron that has not been refined. Old Horseshoes, Blacksmith's anvils, old school manacles, Iron nails, anything from the cast iron section of Bed Bath and Beyond etc.. This has two effects on him.
1. Vulnerability. Cold Iron is capable of harming Blackbird even when he is intangible. Weapons made of cold iron get a +2cs damage bonus vs him.
2. Power Nullification. If Blackbird comes into contact with Iron for Longer than two minutes. He is completely incapable of utilizing any of his powers. The amount does not have to be large, a ring would do it, but it does have to come in contact with his skin. His Powers will remain nullified until two minutes after the source of Iron is removed.
Blackbird is also susceptible to summoning and binding. Anyone who knows his true and full name, and with the appropriate magical knowhow, can summon Blackbird, and even Bind him to his will. Note that the name must be freely given, or fairly won. So you can trick the name out of him, or steal it from someone who knows it, but you cannot use Telepathy or tortue to force the name out of him, or anyone who knows it.

Sleight of Hand - +1 Agility for sleight of hand.

Perform - +1 Psyche for performances. Due to Satyr heritage, this allows the learning of magical songs if he happens to find one laying around.
Persuasion - +1 Reasoning for Persuasion checks. Due to Satyr heritage, Seduction attempts with this skill are just shy of a magical attack, and successes may defy reason on the part of the 'target'.

Powers:
Illusion Creation. Blackbird is able to sculpt illusions out of thin air. They can have sight, sound, even smell, but they are not tangible. The illusions are automatically dispelled when touched.
When used, Psyche is rolled to determine quality of the illusion. This is what is rolled against by forces attempting to disbelieve or dispel it.
Invisibility. Blackbird can make himself disappear. This invisibility is normally for normal vision only. Blackbird can make himself invisible on the Infrared spectrum as well, but that requires a green psyche feat roll.
Once invisible, targets must pass an Intuition roll at -2 to hear him, and a Yellow Reasoning check to realize what they're hearing. After that it's at the GM's discretion what they decide to do.
An enemy firing wildly at Blackbird while he's invisible suffers a -4CS to hit, but this might be mitigated to up to -2 if the target has a weapon with exceptional area of effect.
Intangibility. Blackbird can phase through solid matter (except cold Iron) because it is magical in nature, he is not subjected to the breath holding time limit, but he also cannot use this power to disrupt electronic devices and Machinery. Blackbird can be both invisible and intangible at the same time. This requires a Green Psyche Feat Roll. If he wants his Supercharged invisibilty and Intangibility, this requires a yellow.
Once Intangible, Blackbird cannot interact with the physical world, nor can it interact with him. It takes a full round of concentration to enter or leave this state, and being attacked while attempting to do so will break his focus.
Teleportation. Blackbird can teleport himself and others. He can teleport to anyplace he can see, or any place he can clearly visualize. The more familiar he is with an area, the better his teleportation. Normally he is limited to one passenger, but he can stretch that out with a successful psyche feat roll. Two people requires green, three people yellow, and four red. Failing the feat roll means the teleport fails, and the players take Incredible magic damage.

Personality -Blackbird is a fun loving, happy go lucky kind of guy. Equal parts Swashbuckler and Lovable Scoundrel. He has a fast mouth that more often than not gets him in trouble, and quick wits that more often than not gets him out of it. He longs to be a hero of the old school sort, swinging from ropes, fencing with villains up staircases, and kissing princesses awake. Lawni, like all Fay has a love of music and art, dance, and history.
History - Blackbird is the son of a human mother, and a Fairy from the Summer Court. Summer Fairies are generally considered "The Good Guys" and represent Birth, Growth, and Renewal. His father was a Satyr(known for their mischievousness) and his mother a Shepherdess. When she passed away, his Father brought him to Court, to teach him about his Fairy Heritage. After learning all he could from his Father, he was sent out into the world at 18 to attend college, where he found his passion in art and art history. He breezed through His College and Masters Program, and thanks to a little Faerie court influence, was offered a teaching position at a university while he persues his Doctorate. HE occassionally fights crime and gets into shenanigans on the side.

The rapier has Amazing durability and grants a +1CS to both Fighting and Damage.
It carries a lifetime guarantee from the smith, but if broken it takes a full day to repair and send back, reappearing in his own home as if nothing happened. Excessively plot heavy damage may require greater efforts however...
