*Thrown Objects: +1 AGI for throwing stuff, +2 AGI for throwing weapons
The hero with this Talent gains a +1CS with all Throwing attacks (both Edged and Blunt), and +1CS on Catching. This applies to both thrown weapons and normal items. If the hero has the Thrown Weapons Talent as well, the modification is +2CS when using thrown weapons.
*Journalism: +2 Contacts from the local TV News station.

comic-rpg.boards.net/thread/99/super-speed-true-speedsters
a) Tops out at 175 MPH
b) Endurance checks for every two turns afterward to not pass out.
c) Can run at Monstrous speed (225MPH) but must make endurance checks every 3 turns, and try not to die if he passes out mid-step running that fast.
d) On a red attack roll, he gets another attack, up to 2
e) Extended Aura: Allows him to carry a passenger while running.
f) Wall Running: 100ft of lead-in = 500ft vertical wall run
*Acceleration Bullet - Once per round, a thrown weapon can be loaded with speed force, allowing it to be thrown with effectively Incredible strength. Bullets can be thrown this way, but they will deal whatever damage they would have done from the gun they're designed for, +1CS.
*Catch! - Stunt combining Vincent's proficiency with thrown weapons and his super speed. Dodging any thrown weapon with a Green or better defense allows Vincent to catch the projectile and keep it. This extends to any physical projectile that is more or less in one piece (So no shrapnel or buckshot style pellets). On a Red defense, he can instantly throw the weapon back to sender with Acceleration Bullet, even if he's already used it this round.
Personality –Vincent takes an interest in a particular subject and becomes obsessed with it. Finding out what makes something work, especially with his developing powers, pleases him greatly. He’s quick to trust and quicker still to help despite the task set before him.
History -Vincent grew up in Menhattan, but due to various nefarious family connections his parents had started to make, was moved out to Brooklyn on a whim. Now the family resides in a decent area, but the adjustments that come with moving from the big city to the more notoriously nasty neighborhoods make school a burden to him. What's more-so is his necessity to keep his powers a secret while at school, and around his neghborhood, but once he's out on his own he's chasing the most happening events in town.
Equipment -Backpack, Handfull of various small rocks and stones he's found, A deck of cards and a mini-leatherman tool.
