Teleportation: Lance Teleports by an unknown means. When asked, he always answers "I just step in my cupboard, and step out where I want" He is very precise with his short distance teleportation, possessing the ability to change orientation mid teleport, and even use it as a dodge, his long range teleporting, however is more iffy. He can teleport long ranges, but his accuracy is only so-so, and the longer he teleports, the longer it takes between disappearing and reappearing.
*Short Range - By spending a single action, can use Agility in place of Fighting to dodge, or roll Agility and force the targets to roll Intuition. If he succeeds, it is assumed they lost track of him, and he gains a single chance at a Sneak Attack avoided at -2CS and dealing +1CS damage. Or he can just run the hell away or hide.
*Long Range - He effectively moves one mile per round while teleporting, and rolls Intuition. On a Yellow, he lands exactly where he intended. On a Green he lands within 1d5 rounds of running distance.
Ki Moves Inward: Lance channels the spiritual energy that 4 of the 6 Bryant children seem proficient with. He can move that energy inward towards himself, allowing him to make astonishing jumps, do things like walk on water, or run up vertical surfaces.
Ki moves outward: Lance focuses his Ki, and projects it outward into a small wooden rod he keeps in his pocket. Once the ki is projected into this Rod, it becomes solid energy, and mallable at will by Frost. He calls this trick his "Omni Rod"
Aiding the Journey: Lance is so attuned with the motion of things he can use his Ki to alter them, speeding up, slowing down, or even changing the trajectory of objects. Guns and Lasers are beyond his ability at this point, but thrown weapons, and arrows are right up his alley. Lance can use a held action to roll full Agility +1CS against an oncoming ranged attack, even if he isn't the target and regardless of how many actions he's already used.

Personality - Easygoing, experienced, the Scarlet Shadow of SHIELD. These all describe Lance Bryant, albeit the last one he made up himself. Loyal Brother, Uncle, and Father.
History - Lance is the Eldest of the Bryant Children, and the first and best pupil of the Kids Uncle Collin. He started heroing in his Teens, even forming a Superhero Team called The Turtles(because they were both Teenage Mutant Ninjas) with his sister. After he went to College, he found himself being recruited by SHIELD. He's been with them ever since, rising to the Rank of Major. While his official title is Outsourcing Liason, He has been known to get in the field from time to time.

Omnirod - Grants +1CS to damage, and on a Yellow causes an extra attack at Typical. A character with the ability to manipulate ki or life energy gains a bonus +1CS Fighting for both attack and defense purposes. Against energy attacks, its Material Grade is considered Remarkable, but against solid items, it is considered Monstrous.
