This power allows the mutant to generate ice out of the air. This cannot work in dry environments such as deserts. This also allows the mutant, in conjunction with Ice Creation, to make detailed sculptures and shapes out of Ice.
Ice Creation - Remarkable
This power allows the mutant to create ice, so long as there is a source of water nearby to freeze.
Water Manipulation - Remarkable
The mutant can move water arounds with this power
Water Creation - Remarkable
This power allows the mutant to create water, by pulling it from the atmosphere. This cannot work in dry environments such as deserts.
Water/Ice blast - Remarkable
The mutant can fire an ice blast or water blast, for Excellent damage. This can be volleyed with a multiattack.
Water blasts, on a Yellow, knock the target back, possibly into hazards, and two such hits will force them to take an action to re-enter melee range.
Ice blasts, on a Yellow, chill the opponent, forcing them to make physical actions at -1CS to their roll.
Jet - Remarkable
This ability forces a jet of water towards the target with the intention of pushing them back, or even knocking them down. On a red roll it will temporarily stun the target for 1 round, and knock them down, while on a Yellow they will just be knocked down. This can only be fired once per round and deals Remarkable nonlethal damage.
*Ice Jet - An extremely dangerous technique, Jet with a kiss of ice. This forms an extremely fast moving, jagged projectile, dealing Amazing, highly lethal damage that ignores 20 points of armor. This cannot be fired on the same round as a standard Jet.
Water Orb - Remarkable
This ability shapes available water into a large orb, the size is dependant on the amount of water available. Roll power stat -1cs to determine how well the orb holds/retains its shape. On an orange or red, it will resemble a perfect sphere, on a green it will be slightly unstable and on a white roll it will fall apart. It will need to be rolled again to re-form the orb. This ability can also be used in conjunction with the freeze/create ice ability, as a means of holding someone. On a green Create Ice roll, the ice would be only part formed and so could be easily broken with a strength stat, or melted with heat, or shattered with outside force.

Personality
History: Growing up in California, Kiara wasn't the most unpopular girl in High School, but she was classed as one of the geeks. She always had a natural aptitude for science, maths and mechanics. She built things from an early age, and her parents were eager to send her to university once she graduated High School. She was an active sporty girl, picking up some martial arts skills like Capoeira. Unfortunately, she started developing mutant powers around age 12. It went unnoticed at first, she was just making water move around, which she could hide. Unfortunately her best friend found out a few months later and told half the school.
Parents were terrified there was a mutant at school with their children. Her own parents protected and still loved her, but had to face daily abuse. Even her best friend wasn't allowed to spend time with her any more. By the time she was aged 14, she was a loner, isolated and not allowed to be in school. Since she loved learning so much, being expelled from school made her incredibly upset. She withdrew into herself, spent time in her room just fixing and building things. Her parents were pretty well off so they didn't mind buying her things to keep her happy. Unfortunately the others in their town wouldn't drop the issue that she was a mutant. They scrawled obscene things on the family home, and made terrible threats. It was only a small town, but every member within, turned on the family. Finally it culminated in their house being set alight. Kiara was able to save her parents from the burning building, but was met outside with a crowd of people. They jeered and booed her, threw things at her and virtually chased her out of town. They wouldn't even let her parents say goodbye.
Kiara fled in tears and made her way across the state, building things and repairing them to get by. With the money she made selling her repair skills, she was able to cross several states quickly. Unfortunately she fell in with a bad crowd, who were working for a big anti mutant organisation. She was almost captured by them, and put to work. As it was, she did some things for them that she can't forget. All through this, she has helped people under the guise of Jet, saving them from burning buildings and all sorts of things.
