New Moon: Maria draws her powers from the moon, and therefore is considerably weakened during the New Moon phase. The day of the new moon, Maria will be unable to use her powers aside from Moon Training and Self Sustanance. The day after she may use them at -2 CS, and the day after that she may use them at -1. Then they go back to normal.

Powers
Water Manipulation: By manipulating the moon's pull, Maria can control water to a limited degree. With Excellent ability, she can force a high or low tide to occur.
*Tidal Wave: While standing in the water she is manipulating, her control is good enough to make localized tsunamis for whatever reasons she might have. Damage is proportional to the size of the wave she makes, with Excellent striking one target, Remarkable striking a fairly tight group, Incredible striking a huge, hard to control area. Amazing and beyond are very dangerous and can cause flooding and property damage. She can only make one wave per round, and anything above Excellent takes a full round of uninterrupted concentration. To hit is rolled on Agility.
Levitation: Incredible ability to generate a personal zone of lunar gravity conditions (1/5 normal weight) or none at all, encompassing herself. Takes an action to 'turn on', but afterward is rolled automatically once per round. On a Green success she cannot manipulate water. On a Yellow she can either affect one other object in range of touch, or affect only herself and retain her water manipulation. If weightless and off the ground, she can only raise or lower herself in small doses, having no ability to propel herself horizontally. After three rounds, whether she has passed or fails her rolls, she must start to roll Endurance to leave this power 'on'. A white causes her to immedietely turn back to normal, and disallows her using the power for that round and another after it. Having low or no weight brings with it certain downsides; It makes one very susceptible to being knocked around, thrown, or slammed, adding +1 CS to the damage or multiplying the 'distance' of such attacks by 5.
Self Sustenance: Being a being from the moon, Maria does not need air or water, and can easily survive on a 'diet' of radiation as well as various gases and minerals. 'Real' food can be eaten in very small doses but may upset her delicate, sophisticated, and very specific bodily systems.
Moon Training: Maria is used to the moon's gravity, and can therefore perform much better while in a similar environment. In Moon gravity or lower situations, Maria ignores the normal stat penalties and instead gains a +1CS overall to FASE.
Waning Crescent: A small, sickle-shaped sword crafted from moonite.
+1CS damage, and if Levitation is working, can be thrown like a boomerang once per round to orbit Maria and strike up to 4 different targets on a yellow attack roll, or 2 on a green. It returns on Maria's next turn.
Waxing Gibbous: A round shield crafted from moonite. It has a sliver missing from the left side.
+1 Fighting for defense only. On a Red dodge of an energy projectile the attack is reflected, rolled as a standard counter.
Giant Impact - A custom, alien technology rail gun that gives the impression of being struck by a large mass. Fires practically anything by focusing gravitic power into a special lunar crystal near the tip.
Can only be fired once per round, dealing Excellent damage if shot normally. It can also be 'charged' by acting at -1CS normal, and will gain +1CS damage per round if charged this way.
It can also be 'actively' charged by rolling Gravity control as if multi-attacking, each success pushing the damage up by one.
These are specialty bullets that can be fired, but are hard to come by (She has to make them herself from lunar material)
*2 Lunar Dust - Silver buckshot that features high quality dispersion. Deals +1CS damage at close range, -1CS at mid range but strikes up to three, and beyond ten feet dissipates harmlessly. A crit in low gravity degrades armor.
*2 Moonrocks - A heavy slug that strikes with a great deal of concussive force. Yellow attacks in low gravity deal Knockdown.
It can only be fired normally by moonbunnies. People with gravity based powers can -learn- to use it, but it's difficult and they fire at -1CS accuracy and can't use the charge feature at first
