Quirks & Flaws
Forced pacifism - Megaera cannot attack someone who is good, or innocent, or non-evil. She can fight neutral people, but only in a weakened state. She can spar with her friends, but not to any real damage. If she fights a heroic spy who is pretending to be evil, she will not be able to harm him. Meg can truly be vicious against evil opponents, and she also has no qualms about most nonsentient things - robots or mindless clones do not count as "innocent," unless they contain souls.

Powers:
BOTH FORMS:
Judgment Gaze - Megaera can, once she locks her gaze with another, see their hidden sins. She does not do this automatically, nor does she opt to, but she can see what people are guilty of committing.
Pursuit - If someone is on Megaera's list, she can trace their karmic signature and find them. This only applies if she has been assigned the target, not if it is a personal vendetta. This is a Psyche check that can be attempted once per eight hours, per target on her 'list'. On a Green, she knows a general direction to go in. On a Yellow, she knows the targets exact location, though there's no guarantee the person will still be there by the time she arrives.
Rebirth - If Megaera dies, she is reborn again. Her reincarnation possesses her memories and experience, but her personality will be "reset" - the quirks and affection she has picked up among humans will no longer be there. The new Megaera would be far more ruthless. Alternately, she can pass on her mantle, title, and name to a new candidate upon her death. The new Megaera would inherit the memories and experience and abilities of the old, but add those to whatever powers, memories, experience, and personality she already had.
Transformation: Megaera can assume her Fury Form at will, and revert at will.
FURY FORM:
Flight - Megaera can fly. Her Agility is used for maneuverability, while her Speed is Typical (150 Miles per Hour), or Good (200 Miles per hour). She can fly at up to twice these listed speeds if she is making a beeline for a target on her List.
Fire of Judgment - Megaera can conjure and wield the horrific, sulfuric flames of... heaven. This can take the form of a ranged attack, using Psyche for damage, or a melee attack, using Strength. In either case, targets with extreme negative karma (GM's discretion) take +1CS damage, while targets with extreme negative karma who make her LIST will take +2CS.
Feathers - Megaera's feathers are a red, shimmering metal, and can be flung as a ranged attack. Roll three times as if doing an ordinary combo, for Excellent damage each, though total combo damage is combined for the purposes of piercing armor.
Fury Physiology - In her natural form, Megaera is strong, fast, and durable. She heals out of combat at a faster rate, and her natural weapons - particularly those jagged metal claws - are vicious. The claws of a Fury slice cleanly through anything a coward would hide behind to avoid his fate, ignoring armor and cover bonuses as long as the target is severely amoral or on her list. Out of combat, she heals her Endurance every hour instead of every day.

Personality -
History - In the time before the gods, when Uranus was betrayed and castrated by his titan children, his blood spilled into the ocean and gave birth to the Furies. As primal beings of vengeance, the Furies live out the principle of cosmic justics. They hunt sinners, and cure or kill them. They are relentless, powerful, terrible, and merciless. Although their missions have changed with society over the years, they still live.
Although all three focus on the most cardinal of sins, they each have their specialties. Tisiphone seeks vengeance. Alecto repays sins committed against the gods. Megaera devours the unfaithful. Despite this, their work often crosses over, and it is not unknown to see any given sister chasing after any given crime. Although Megaera has the freedom to chase those she sees in front of her, she also often receives divine missions from Olympus - specific targets meant for reformation or death. And she does her job, no matter how violent.
Equipment - She doesn't often bring equipment, but if Meg needs something, she will probably just buy it beforehand.
