"Halcyon"
A specimen of beauty from south of the border, clad in silk tights of a gentle white color, lined with small markings resembling minimalist depictions of feathers. The tights have a thong bottom and a stiff, corset-like top that's kept in place by prayer and the censorship committee, most of her modesty there preserved by a sarape that hangs long in the back in two long parts resembling wings. Her legs and arms are meanwhile protected by Lycra stockings and gloves that go to the elbows and thighs respectively. Capping off the look is an honest to god Luchador mask, with her long, long hair poking out the top in a loose tail. She wears tall, crosslaced boots much like those worn by boxers, but of slightly lighter material with just the hint of a higher heel.
While born in America, Selena's blood flows with a rich and robust heritage hailing all the way back to the original settling of Mexico by the conquistadors, and a tragic love between one such settler and a native beauty. Now, all these years later, her X Factor has awakened a dormant link to an ancient god known only as The Matador which rules over aesthetic killing. The Matador was once a bloody god of the old people, presiding over the gladiatorial games that would decide which team was sacrificed to him and ensuring a good harvest in return for a good show. The Matador, while quieted in the modern age, has adapted through the years as the populace grew less bloody in their games, choosing to watch over bullfighting until that too waned in popularity, and now finding himself, somewhat distastefully, a god of professional wrestling and the occaisional pitfight. BUt he is not a foolish god, and takes what he can get... As his unexpected living avatar on earth, Selena dons the ancient mask of the Halcyon, fighting for blood and justice under his bemusedly watchful eye.

Matador Spirit - In short the power of the Matador rewards Selena for showmanship, taking risks, and kicking ass. All the same meta-rules that Pro Wrestling goes by.
Selena recieves 1 Lucha Point for every successful strike or dodge, 2 for a successful use of High Flyer or Suplex, and 3 for every successful KO.
Selena loses 1 Lucha Point every time she is struck, 2 for every round she goes without a successful hit, and 3 when she is knocked out. This can go into the negatives.
Any activation of a Lucha Point power requires a turn of posing, taunting, and otherwise posturing (Not an action, or a round, but the current character's turn must go by before she can act).
Points can be spent in the following ways;
1 - +1CS to Fighting or Agility, for one round. Stacks up to +3CS.
1 - Increase Lifting Strength by 1CS for a single action. This stacks any number of times, and requires only one turn of showing off to activate any number of times.
1 - Gain 10 Buffer HP, which are lost first. On hit effects such as knockdowns and stuns are ineffective if they don't get through this buffer, but carryover damage applies.
2 - Reroll one attack. This can only be used once per round.
2 - Reroll one defense. This can only be used once per round.
3 - Take an extra turn. This can only be used once per fight.
All (Minimum 5) - Finisher! The coup de grace. Selena makes a single attack, the color of which is enhanced by one and the damage of which is increased by ten times the number of points spent.
*Redemption - Selena can preform a desperation attack if she is 5 or more Lucha Points into the negative. This is identical to a Finisher, 'spending' the negative points but without increasing damage or color of the roll. On a miss, Selena takes 10 damage per negative point 'spent', but does not lose 3 points if KOd by this.
*Second Wind - When knocked out, if Selena has any points left after the -3, she can instantly spend them all to regain 10 HP per point. This can only be done once per mission.
*Showstopper - Selena is immune to damage she would incur from attacking in certain ways, such as suplexing a target into a hazard or fall damage from a dive attack. As long as she HITS something. If not, she takes half the damage that she would have otherwise.

*Suplex - An attack that can only be preformed while grappling the target. Deals damage depending on the weight of the target, as long as she can currently lift them. Serena can preform this move Endurance/10 times (2) before the grapple is broken.
*Ground and Pound - An attack that can only be preformed while grappling the target. By making a Strength VS Strength check, Selena mounts the target and preforms a full round of normal attacks, which the target defends at -2CS. She then drags the foe to their feet and breaks the grapple.
*High Flyer - Preform an Agility based attack by leaping from any height. This adds 1 point of damage per foot she falls to the end result. This must be the only attack she preforms in a round, and if she jumps from an extreme height, it may take her multiple rounds to actually land.
*Clothesline/Bulldog - An attack that can only be preformed if the target is running for any reason, or as a counter attack. Causes a Knockdown on a Green or higher hit.
- Equipment -
Tights - There's something bafflingly magical about Selena's wrestling wardrobe that makes others agreeable... +2CS to Seduction, and grants Typical armor vs fists or low quality weapons. Actual guns or swords go right through it.
Lucha Mask - Totally cool. Like, at least Shift X cool. ... But really a liability. If unmasked, Selena's powers are inaccessible and her fighting spirit fades until she dons a new one.
Selena rarely uses weapons, and any attack utilizing a weapon won't grant her a Lucha Point. But if justice requires it, she will take the hit and swing a chair now and then...
Brass Knuckles - +1CS to punching damage. Prevents damage to the hands when punching dangerous things.
Chair - +2CS damage, but breaks after one use. This damage can also be applied to a suplex or a dive with a little setup.
Powder - A sickly green powder that is used by spraying from the mouth. She can hold only a single pill, taped to a tooth and spat with an Agility check at point blank, possibly as a Surprise Attack if the foe is unwary. On a Yellow success, the target is blinded until they wipe the horrible stuff out.
