Tycho Rilles
Weight: 200 Lbs (300 w/ Armor )
Heavy Gravity: 800 Lbs (1600 Lbs w/ Armor)
F - Remarkable (Incredible in Low Gravity)
A - Excellent (Good when wearing Grand Stone, Remarkable in Low Gravity if not wearing it)
S - Excellent (Incredible in High Gravity)
E - Amazing (Unearthly in High Gravity)
R - Poor
I - Remarkable
P - Typical
120/120 Health
39/39 Mental Health
- Skills -
Grappling, Defensive Martial Arts, Listening, Leaping
Lifting - Strength for purposes of lifting things is at +1CS.
Grapple Master - Strength for purposes of grappling is enhanced by +1CS. This does not affect slam damage.
- Powers -
Self Sustenance: Being a being from the moon, Tycho does not need air or water, and can easily survive on a 'diet' of radiation as well as various gases and minerals. 'Real' food can be eaten in very small doses but may upset his delicate, sophisticated, and very specific bodily systems.
Moon Life: Tycho is used to the moon's gravity, and can therefore somewhat better while in a similar environment. In Moon gravity or lower situations, Tycho ignores the normal stat penalties and instead gains a +1CS to Fighting and Agility.
Dig Down: While like his sister, Tycho preforms well in low gravity, he also enjoys high gravity. With a round of focus, Tycho is able to enter a state of extreme heaviness, boosting Strength and Endurance by +2CS each, quadrupling his weight, and rendering himself immune to any Knockback effect that can't match his new weight (Excellent or lower unarmored, Remarkable or lower armored). Tycho moves very slowly in this state, obviously, but only in terms of actually running around, and his heavy footfalls may actually pierce the floor in a flimsy building.
*Gravity Slam: As a full round action, Tycho more carefully control his high gravity, preforming a single attack on a Grappled foe. His Strength is increased by a further +2CS, and if preformed in the air, 2 damage is added per foot dropped. This bonus damage is affected by color.
- Equipment -
Lunatic Pearls: Heavy gauntlets carved from moonite, with moon gem knuckles that resonate with artificial gravity fields. In low gravity, grants +1CS Fighting for purposes of defense, while in High they grant a +1CS to Strength for purposes of grappling, which applies to the damage of slams.
Grand Stone: Extremely heavy armor carved from plates of moonite. It boasts great protection, but also great weight, requiring Excellent strength to even wear and adding 100 pounds to Tycho's already impressive weight. It gives a -1CS penalty to Agility in all forms except 'Light Gravity'
In low gravity, several of the plates disengage and orbit the wearer, granting a +1CS to defensive checks, but only Typical armor.
In regular gravity, it simply provides Good armor.
In high gravity, it provides Excellent armor and successfully dodged, physical ranged attacks get caught in orbit around it, dealing their damage to the next enemy to fail a melee attack on Tycho. The weight of the armor is further doubled, and requires Incredible Strength to wear.
