Description: A beautiful, pale, gothic woman, Eliza is nonetheless clearly something other than human. Her eyes are yellow-and-red, with catlike slitted pupils. A pair of horns, shaped almost like a goat's, curl up from the sides of her head. But even despite those details, she is almost inhumanly pale, accentuated by her raven-dark hair. Despite looking like a monster, Eliza also seems perpetually lost, or sleepy, or otherwise not completely there, signs of the damage her long slumber did to her. Tattoo-like markings grace the base of her neck in tribal patterns resembling something between a spider and a rose. She tends to dress like an overdone gothic lolita, only with fewer layers.

Talents:
Martial Arts Master - Surprisingly, Eliza has an innate knowledge of unarmed combat. She doesn't remember how or where she learned this, but she fights at an expert level and can learn new styles just by watching. provided she stays awake, of course.
Seduction - Eliza naturally emits pheremones, although it is extremely rare for her to show interest in anybody. She certainly acts naive, though she is aware of more than she seems.
Dancing - Except for the times when she nods off mid-dance, she's very good.
Carpentry - Eliza can build almost anything out of wood, and she has no idea why!
Omniglot - Eliza can understand and become fluent in any language after listening to it for only a few minutes. Her ability to learn languages is uncanny, and functions even if she has no reference point - she can merely listen, and begin to understand. This comes from one of the undamaged parts of her brain.
Lie Detection - Even though she is generally very naive, Eliza can easily pick up when somebody is bullshitting her.

Quirks & Flaws
Narcolepsy - Eliza's long slumber has messed her up, and she is liable to drop off to sleep at any time, however inconvenient. Whether during a conversation, feeding, or even a fight, there's always the chance that she will just slump over and snooze. The one plus side is that she regains 10 HP per round while asleep. The bad sign is that she is asleep.
Half-Amnesia - Eliza's long slumber has damaged her long-term memory. She doesn't remember who or what she was before she slept, whether she is natural or artificial, or even if she used to be human. Her short-term memory, particularly memory for names, has also suffered. Note that certain skills, such as her memory for languages, remains undamaged.
Horns - Eliza is neither a vampire or demon, but those horns are very odd, and they are too weird and prominent for her to hide under anything short of a pope hat.
Chemical Susceptibility - Eliza is extra-susceptible to drugs and alcohol, including innocuous stimulants such as sugar or caffeine.
Blood Thirst - Although she is not a vampire, Eliza can consume blood to regain health. She drains blood at a rate of 10HP per round, which repleneshes her own HP It takes a psyche check to escape. If she wants, she can drain blood much more slowly. In a more practical sense, she includes raw and undercooked meat in her diet.
Massive Appetite: Eliza is always hungry. She doesn't have an uncontrollable bloodlust, just an amazing metabolism. Food distracts her very easily.

Powers:
Functional Immortality - It is surprisingly hard to take Eliza down. Short of chopping off her head, most things that seem like they would kill her simply put her in a coma-esque torpor until she is healed. of course, sh might not immediately wake up, even when healed.
Creature of the Night - Eliza is naturally nocturnal - less likely to doze off at night, more awake and aware, and has perfect night vision.
Unnatural Strength - Eliza is capable of feats of strength and agility beyond most normal humans. She can move in incredible short-range bursts of speed, and often does so while fighting, but she cannot keep it up over long distances.
Unnatural Durability: Functioning hand-in-hand with her functional immortality is the fact that Eliza is hard to injure. Her natural damage reduction blocks 20 points of damage, reducing all non-magical and non-weakness damage taken to a minimum of 5. If the attack does less than 5 damage, then she will take its value as the minimum. For damage inflicted up to 25, Eliza wil only take the minimum of 5. For any damage dealt to her above 25, subtract 20 from the total. Essentially, she blocks 20 damage, but a minimum will always break through.

Personality - A little loopy, naive, and weird, Eliza seems to be out of sync with everybody. To be honest, she occasionally takes advantage of this to let people underestimate her, but her brain does not function in the same wavelength as everybody else's. Eliza is surprisingly optimistic, and tries to bring out the best in everybody, pushing them towards their most hopeful potential.
History - Eliza's history is shrouded in mystery. At some point, potentially thousands of years ago, she went to sleep or was put to sleep inside a coffin, and she woke up again recently. Before then, she simply does not remember. Formerly assumed to be some sort of demon or vampire, it turns out that she is neither.
But whatever she is or was, she lives in the present now. Through shady, "mysterious" circumstances, Eliza took control of one of the city's most corrupt vice rings, and has turned it around into a semi-valid charity. She uses her time and newfound resources to take people trapped in the unerworld or human trafficking, erase their records, and place them in new, valid jobs. Some of the people working for her have even begun comparing her to St. Margaret Cortona, the Patron Saint of Second Chances. There are still many questions about whether or not her behavior is wise or absolutely good, but she has actually damaged organized crime enough to make a difference.
