He can alter facial features, the sound of his voice, the colour and length of his hair, his height and his build. He can only grow in size if any clothing he’s wearing will allow it. During the shift, his body becomes unstable, and lacks the strength for a clothing-bursting ‘hulk out’ type of shift.

Personality - Elliot is desperate to please super powered people in order to gain their approval and acceptance. He’s a little embarrassed by his powers, but determined that he will make them useful in order to help others. He's developed an enjoyment of being in other forms, almost to the point of a mild addiction, finding a sense of freedom in it.
History - Ever since he was young, Elliot was obsessed with super heroes, and the only goal he’s ever had in life was to become one. The fact there wasn’t much call for super heroes in the sleepy, seaside town in which he grew up never put him off. While he struggled to make the grade at school, he was dedicated to the karate classes he’d started attending at age seven, and his teens he discovered the art of parkour and resolved to master it, even if it did make him a regular at the emergency room at the local hospital.
Missing out on University, Elliot remained while all the other kids moved on, his life going nowhere. Things were getting bleak until, on his nineteenth birthday (which had been a rather miserable affair), amongst the meagre gifts he received a lottery ticket that changed his life.
The biggest payout in almost ten years. It had barely cleared by the time he boarded a flight. He’d heard about a company out there that was selling super powers. It cost an astronomical fee, and there were stories flying around about the risks of it all, but there was no doubt in Elliot’s mind. The procedure was experimental, and was similar to kickstarting a mutant gene. It led to the develop of super abilities, but… what those abilities were was pot luck.
Elliot dreamed of being able to soar through the sky of a flying surfboard, or being able to fight like Captain America. It’s safe to say, that in all those childhood years of dreaming of having super powers, he had never once imagined himself saving the world by being able to change his appearance. He tried to pay for another round of treatment, but the scientists said it was impossible.
Deflated, he tried to make the best of finally having a power. Setting up home in the city of New York, he managed to work his way into a group of low-tiered super powered people operating there under the name of Power Patrol, although it didn’t take him long to realise it was only his new found wealth that they wanted. While he funded new equipment for the group, they figured out new ways to mock him and his powers. For almost a month he went undercover as a female student at NYU, having been told a group of cheerleaders were responsible for a spree of robberies at jewellery stores through the city, only to discover the whole thing was a prank devised by his new team mates. One of the female heroes even had him reduce himself to pre-school age to entertain her young daughter during team meetings, but as always, he was happy to use his powers to help, no matter how embarrassing it might have been.
Leaving the Power Patrol, he joined the young heroes of Vigilance with a renewed determination to mould himself into a hero. While he was trained in martial arts, his combat ability was that of a regular human, and he often panics in large battles or super powered fights. He has accepted that he will never be the ass-kicking super hero you bring to a fight, he has instead set his mind on learning talents that will complement his abilities and allow him to become useful as an agent of espionage through blending in or direct impersonation. With education as his first step, he has enrolled at a prestigious private school in New York. Working on the logic that younger minds find it easier to asorb information, and girls tend to get the better grades, he has created a new persona in the form of a fourteen year old girl with which to attend the school. Amongst the subjects he's now studying are drama, psychology, and three new languages.
