Kisu

Throwing Syringes - Kisu's special syringes are designed to inflict chemical mayhem in various ways, and are uniquely designed to be thrown. Since she knows these weapons inside and out, she gets a further +1CS to using them. If a chemical works differently depending on delivery method, it will be noted. Only one Syringe can be thrown per round.
General Delivery Method Notes:
*The injector type syringe cannot pierce Excellent armor or higher without a Called Shot. Once through however, armor is ignored. Fully containing or Natural armor cannot be piercing.
*The burst type syringe can be hooked to an explosive and will go off along with it.
*Only one aerosol type syringe can be used per battle, as the latent contamination interferes with other mists. Windy conditions may also negate the use of one.
All Aerosol types strike a large area, possibly affecting allies if Kisu isn't careful.



Cryo-G2A: Freezing chemical payload, original intent was to aid in sapper operations for easier entry and demolition due to instant freezing. Also effective against soft targets with a surface explosion.
*Injector: Deals Incredible (40) Ice damage. Inhumane and very fatal.
*Burst: Deals Remarkable (30) Ice damage and degrades the material strength of any metal by -3CS.
*Aerosol: Deals Excellent (20) Ice damage to anyone in the area who fails an Endurance check VS Remarkable. The area is left very slippery due to frozen moisture, and cold enough to freeze flesh to material.

Nap-1EC: Inflammatory agent, originally intended for anti personnel operations. Straight forward fire on air exposure.
*Burst: Deals Remarkable (30) Fire damage and sets flammable equipment/clothes alight. A burning target takes 10 damage per round that they don't put it out. Can also start a very hot, long burning fire.
*Aerosol: Sets flammable equipment/clothes alight. A burning target takes 10 damage per round that they don't put it out. Starts a severe, long burning fire to fill a room.

Bio-CCA: Biological agent, intended use is for neutralization of targets by non-lethal means by slowing neural communication. Most effective by injection.
*Injector: Target can contest with Agility versus the attack roll, or Endurance VS Amazing, but not both. Target is disabled until they pass a Yellow Endurance check. Checks can be made once per round, using up their turn except on a Red success. On a Green or White success of initial attack, maximum duration of stun effect is 2 rounds.
*Burst: Target can contest with Agility versus the attack roll, or Endurance VS Remarkable, but not both. Target is disabled until they pass a Yellow Endurance check. Checks can be made once per round, using up their turn except on a Yellow success. On a Green or White success of initial attack, maximum duration of stun effect is 2 rounds.
*Aerosol: All targets failing an Endurance check VS Remarkable are disabled until they pass a Yellow Endurance check. Checks can be made once per round, using up their turn except on a Yellow success. On a Green or White success of initial attack, maximum duration of stun effect is 2 rounds.

Chem-EXA: Chemical agent intended for crowd control by membrane irritation/inflammation.
*Burst: Target can contest with Agility versus the attack roll, or Endurance VS Remarkable, but not both. Failure brings a -2CS. On a Yellow attack success, lasts four rounds. On a Green/White attack success, lasts two rounds.
*Aerosol: All targets failing an Endurance check VS Remarkable roll at -2CS. On a Yellow attack success, lasts four rounds. On a Green/White attack success, lasts two rounds.

ACD-A1X: Chemical agent induces burns on contact.
*Injector: Deals Incredible (40) Acid damage. Inhumane and very fatal.
*Burst: Deals Remarkable (30) Acid damage and destroys equipment below Incredible strength on a Yellow.
*Aerosol: Deals Excellent (20) Acid damage to anyone in the area who fails an Endurance check VS Remarkable. Remaining in the area can cause 10 damage per round, and slowly destroys equipment below Incredible strength.

VRL-A7X: Viral Agent, depending on level of dose can be lethal. Interferes with brain functions from mild headaches to a painless shutdown of mental functions.
*Injector: On a Yellow hit, causes Monstrous (75) or Amazing (50) damage three rounds later. On a green, the chosen damage is halved. On a white, nothing happens. Extremely fatal. Psychics avoid damage but lose psychic abilities.
*Burst: On a Yellow hit, causes Monstrous (75) or Amazing (50) damage four rounds later. On a green, the chosen damage is halved. On a white, nothing happens. Extremely fatal. Psychics avoid damage but lose psychic abilities.
*Aerosol: Rolled at Amazing. On a Yellow VS a failed Endurance or Psyche check, causes Monstrous (75) or Amazing (50) damage three rounds later. On a green, the chosen damage is halved. On a white, nothing happens. Extremely fatal. Psychics avoid damage but lose psychic abilities.


BCT-L90: Bacteria Agent, causes intestinal problems, humorous way to nullify a combatant, course depending on conditions can be more effective then intended.
*Injector: Target can contest with Agility versus the attack roll, or Psyche VS Remarkable, but not both. Failure brings a -3CS. On a Yellow attack success, starts one round later. On a Green/White attack success, starts two rounds later. Lasts until the target recieves medical attention.
*Burst: Target can contest with Agility versus the attack roll, or Psyche VS Remarkable, but not both. Failure brings a -2CS. On a Yellow attack success, starts one round later. On a Green/White attack success, starts two rounds later. Lasts until the target recieves medical attention.
*Aerosol: All targets failing a Psyche check VS Remarkable roll at -2CS. On a Yellow attack success, starts one round later. On a Green/White attack success, starts three rounds later. Lasts until the target recieves medical attention.

AMB-F40: Amoeba Agent: Lethal organ attacking depending on site of injection.
*Injector: Roll attack at any negative CS. For every rank downward the attack is targetted with, it deals +1CS of damage, starting at Remarkable (30). This attack is extremely fatal and can't be 'held back' on to avoid killing the target. The target WILL die if they are knocked out by this attack and don't recieve medical attention immediately.
