Powers:
Postcognition: Incredible ability to read the past of an item by touch. A Green gives vague information, while a Yellow gives specific information. A Red allows Clarissa to practically live the objects 'life' in an instant, which can be overwhelming for older objects or those that were once living.
Psychometry: Related to postcognition, conceptually. It involves looking into an object's past and harnessing the skills of the object's former users. The more it was used and the more talented the user the better the effect.
Allows Clarissa to attune herself to an object, gaining an affinity for it based on its previous owner. Rolled on Incredible on first touch of an item, and afterward once per day if she spends an hour meditating and trying to attune herself to it further. The following results occur on a success;
Green: Use the item with the same Ability Score as the previous owner, and half the Strength if that is higher than Typical.
Yellow: Allows the use of any talent-based stunts that the former owner could use with the object. Also allows Clarissa to use items she wouldn't normally qualify for, such as intelligent items and those with requirements. Use of the object becomes second nature regardless of its complexity.
Red: Allows Clarissa to use the item with full Strength of the former wielder, as well as use any Powers the former owner used through the objects. Clarissa understands the item so well now that she could probably build a new one, given time and materials.
Power Name - Rank - Points.

Personality - Mixed confidence, when Clarissa is confident about something she's doing she tends to be fairly brave, but when she runs into problems she can't handle, or has no solution to it tends to devolve into some measure of frustration. She doesn't like to drive, worried that sometime while in the car she'll have a flashback to either someone else driving or a different scenario on the road and get into an accident.
History - Clarissa was shy child, who grew up with a family of economically eccentric parents who liked to travel. They shuffled about from state to state, job to job just long enough to get the money to keep going. Homeschooled early on, she was somewhat jealous of the people who got to stay in one place and make something more real than the transient time on the road. Eventually they fell in with a circus, her parents using their adept blathering skills to become fortune tellers, finding steady work bilking people out of their money. It was during this time she found a love for computers, no matter where they were, the computer was the same, the people were the same, it served as a center of stability in an otherwise active life.
At age twelve everything... well, okay, only so much changed, but a very traumatic experience would visit the young Clarissa. On her birthday she recieved a fairly nondescript knife from one of her uncles, thinking nothing of it, she picked it up and played around with it, only to find herself trapped in the history of the knife, watching and feeling the knife as it was used in a murder. Horrified, sick, it was almost impossible to explain to her parents what had happened. Clarissa tried to get back to a normal life, but everywhere she went she caught glimmers of the past. Convinced she wasn't crazy, she gathered as much information s she could before confronting her parents with the subject again, revealing information on subjects and objects that.. they were certain there was no way Clarissa could know...
Convinced, her parents took this new development very seriously, immediately putting her to work gathering information about the people around them, about customers, about anyone they could use for the show to quietly wow clients. Savvy, while her parents used her for information they did their best to keep her unusual abilities secret, the better to keep the golden goose for themselves. Clarissa quietly hated it, growing resentful and no small bit cynical after seeing and experiencing so much of other people's dirty laundry. Eventually as a teenager she ran away from the circus, going to live with some people she met on the internet to try to find her own path.
Bouncing from couch to couch, she found it difficult to hold down a normal job, eventually falling back on her unusual abilities and knack for figuring out deceptions she started working as a falsely liscenced private investigator, doing some IT jobs on the side.
Equipment -
Bicycle with some wear and tear, but perfectly new handles, peddles and seat.
Laptop.
Fake ID.
Bokken: In the hands of most, this is basically a stick, granting +1CS to Fighting due to its lightness but adding no damage.
Clarissa is Red Attuned to the weapon, allowing her to attack or block with it at Remarkable Fighting, dealing 20 damage per hit that ignores armor. Deals 30 damage per hit to supernatural creatures, and is rolled with Incredible Fighting.
