Popularity - 11
Contacts - Possibly none in this dimension
Resources - 0 money, but a HELL of a lot of favors to call in
Appearance - Amazing
Flaws - The Doctor must always be careful of temporal phenomenon, as even Timelords are not immune to the laws of time. He also has one hell of a vengeful side when tripped, and when aggravated. Crossing -his- own timeline would be catastrophic for him and the universe, thus there are certain events even The Doctor can't intervene in. As all but the most basic Timelord technology is tuned to a specific time vortex, placing them in another dimension usually strands them permanently barring a miracle. Due to his physiology, he would set off detectors intended on picking up non-humans, and sterilization machines can kill him.

Talents:
Talent Name - Statistic Used - Points.
Excellent grasp of science
Temporal mechanics
Universal history
Universal culture
Apparently a great soccer player!
Combat strategy (how to win with the least number of shots fired, least number of casualties, etc)

Powers:
Power Name - Rank - Points.
Telepathy: Language analysis and memory transfer
Telekinesis (in extreme circumstances)
Regeneration: Presently in body 10 of 13, a Time Lord who is fatally wounded regenerates his body into a new form, producing a new personality with the memories of the old. The events that shaped the Doctors death will shape his new form. It -is- possible to kill a time lord before they can regenerate however, sudden death or specific kinds of radiation prevent them from reshaping their bodies.
Tenth Doctor: David Tennant [Current]
Eleventh Doctor: Matt Smith
Twelfth Doctor: TBD
Unusual physiology: The Doctor is a Time Lord, and as such has two hearts (though can survive on one briefly, they -do- require both). He can survive some time without oxygen and in environments humans can not withstand. This can be negative, as mutant scanners would detect his non human physiology and any type of sterilization device would sterilize critical bacteria in his body. A time lord is also attuned to time, being able to sense 'the motion of the universe'.
Limited clairvoyance: The Doctor can SOMETIMES determine the following about a situation:
#1: Whether the point is a fixed point in time
#2: Possible outcomes [Very rare and limited, only activated... 2 or 3 times in the entire series, one to pass through a spinning fan]
#3: The past of an area [Very rare]

Personality - Ordinarily graceful and cordial, The Doctor has a dark temper welling up within his skinny frame. His alternate name, 'The Oncoming Storm', heralds the deep vengeful rage that can sprout from The Doctor when truly angered. He has been described as 'fire and ice and rage'. He is ancient and forever. he burns at the center of time and he can see the turn of the universe... and he's wonderful. Legend confirms this with an ancient saying, said to be one of the oldest in the universe
'Demons run when a good man goes to war.'
'Night will fall and drown the sun when a good man goes to war.'
'Friendship dies and true love lies. Night will fall and the dark will rise'
'when a good man goes to war.'
'Demons run but count the cost'
'the battle's won but the child is lost.'
'Wakey, wakey!'
History - You know who The Doctor is. I -will- write up his history, but given there is fifty years of it, expect it to take time.
Equipment - Sonic Screwdriver and Psychic Paper (Descriptions of these can be provided)
