Teleportation:She can willingly teleport herself short distances! The better to reach hard to reach messes.
Mess/Troubleseeker: She unwillingly teleports even greater distances, ending up in unpleasant and unusual places in need of cleaning.
Innocuous: Celendias has an aura about her that makes her seem perfectly reasonable to be present regardless of the feasibility of having a cleaner nearby.

Personality -High strung, fairly circumspect... Sometimes one cancels out the other.

History - Celendias was very happy with her life, a cheerful worker with a great future ahead of her cleaning up the messes created by the great fairy princess Morb. During an unfortunate event, spirited and young won out and she pleasantly gabbed away all the details about her work to a person she didn't even realize was an assassin... an assassin who very nearly killed the princess, aided in part by floors that were -far- too slippery, due to Celendias overcleaning them. As punishment she was stripped of her wings and cursed to eternally clean up after people, until she's learned her lesson(And how to do the job properly), only then will the vengeful Morb lift the curse. Until the curse is lifted, Celendias travels, often not by choice, cleaning up after a world beset by litter, clutter and grime.
