Powers:
Power Cloaking: As long as she is in normal form, Soliel can only be noted as anything but human by Intuition or magical scanning abilities of Incredible or higher. Intuition will only note the odd color of her eyes and a general feeling of wrongness.
Alter Ego: Under most normal circumstances Soliel is functionally a human. Aside from the unusual pigmentation of her eyes, there is magic in place to aid in fooling scanners. When She activates STRIFE(Seraphic Transcendence: Runic Imbued Firmament Engine) her skin becomes dark and is crisscrossed by silver enochian tattoos, and she gains dark angelic wings.
Flight: In Strife form, she can fly despite what should be the limiting factor of her weight. She flies at Excellent speed (250 MpH) with Agility manuevering in midair, or can carry a passenger at Poor speed (100 MpH) with Poor manueverability.
Invulnerability: Runic magic provides her Strife form with protection from attacks. Grants Excellent armor VS Magic and Good armor VS everything else. These values both lower by 1CS on the same round Sol uses her Black Fire.
Black Fire: The ability to throw fireballs of disintegratey black flames.
Can throw a single bolt of fire per round that deals Remarkable (30) damage, or Excellent (20) to three targets, all rolled against the same Agility check. This fire is evil in nature and difficult to extinguish through mundane means.

Personality - Mentally young and trusting, conceptually Lawful Good, and somewhat agitated by people who intentionally perform meaningless 'evil'
History - Dimitri Vladskova was an eccentric and by accounts mad wizard and esoteric scientist, Obsessed with celestial powers, he devoted his life to trying to artificially bridge the gap between those beings and humanity. Working in secret from the prying eyes of the heavens and man, he began work on what would eventually become the STRIFE system. There were numerous setbacks, failed experiments, it was difficult at best to keep what energy he could harvest anchored to the artificial life forms he used in his experiments.
Frustrated with failure, Dimitri gave in to desperation and using magic captured an angel harnessing its energy to use as a template for his experiments. Using the angel's divine spark, he was able to find more stable methods of creating energy patterns, though he found that in its purest form it would slowly immolate the vessels he tried to place it in from the inside. While he had a number of spells available to protect things from evil, he had little to protect from 'good', his eventual solution became twisting the angelic energy to a darker, but more controllable state.
Dimitri's captured angel observed his actions with no small amount of horror, though she hid it well. Even As more functional models of the STRIFE system were completed, she worked to get his trust, leading him to believe she was a willing participant in what she viewed was an abomination... Around the time he began successfully producing his artificial angels, the true angel had convinced him to return her freedom, biding her time until his guard was down and returning to Heaven to call down its Wrath.
Heaven's wrath came swiftly, fire raining from the sky on the small island where Dimitri had hidden away his workshop, obliterating the surface and knocking the magical lab into the sea in debris.
Soliel woke up alone on a stretch of beach near a city, barely knowing who, or what she is, or the true power of the STRIFE system she can feel inside her.
Equipment -
Black Burning sword - In standard form, a simple +1CS damage sword. In STRIFE mode, it deals an additional 10 damage on a Yellow, or 5 on a Green, with no bonus damage on a White. This damage is dealt on the next round after a successful hit, and is the same dark flame as her projectile.
If the Yellow effect occurs after a successful hit with a Black Fire bolt, the extra damage on the next round will instead mirror the damage dealt by that bolt.
On a Red strike after a successful Black Fire bolt, the remaining sparks will reignite in a burst, dealing twice the same damage the bolt did immediately.
